Sales and refunds

Because these offers include digital products, personalized work, coaching access, or time reserved specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the offer details and contact Rico with questions before purchasing.

Calls and rescheduling

Calls are scheduled through the booking link provided after purchase. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed calls, late arrivals, and changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable and may result in the call being forfeited.

Custom-plan delivery

Custom written plans are normally delivered within 5–7 business days. For plan-only purchases, the timeline begins after the completed intake is received. For call-plus-plan and VIP purchases, it begins after both the completed intake and the applicable first call. Incomplete or delayed intake information may move the delivery date.

Text-coaching access

A coaching check-in means one client-initiated, consolidated message or message thread focused on one topic or question. Rico's response and a reasonable clarification within that exchange are part of the same check-in. Text coaching is not live or on-demand chat.

• 1-Day Clarity Pass: provide your phone number and a brief description of what you need help with at checkout. Rico will reach out within 24–48 hours after purchase to arrange your coaching day. Your coaching day begins on the agreed date.
• 7-Day Reality Reset: up to one check-in per day for seven consecutive days, with replies within 24 hours during the agreed coaching window.
• VIP 30-Day Reality Recode: up to five check-ins per week, Monday–Friday, with replies within one business day. Unused check-ins do not roll over.
